I. Machine Usage:
Mainly uSed to drilling and milling the workpiece such as tube plate.
II. Machine Frame:
1. Machine is mainly consisted by mainframe, working table, gantry, slip carriage, power unit, CNC system, cooling chips cleaning system and so on.
2. Mainframe and gantry are fixed, and working table of machine is movable.
3. Mainframe and gantry are weldments, and working table is machinery casting. High temperature annealing before processing and secondary annealing after semi-finishing to remove stress, and then start finish machining, to guarantee the stability of machines accuracy.
4. Machine has three CNC axes, theres heavy linear guide on mainframe, working table can move longitudinally (X axis) along the guide, theres also linear guide on gantry beam, slide carriage can move crossly (Y axis) along the guide, theres slide block on the slide carriage and guide on the power unit, power unit can move horizontally (Z axis) on the slide carriage. Axes X, Y, Z are all driven by servo motor and ball screw.
5. Power unit spindle uses precision spindle from Taiwan Pusen company, is driven by convert motor, can be adjusted steplessly as users requirements. Spindle is BT40 taper hole, can be equipped drilling or milling tool by extension rod, spindle head has tool relaxing cylinder (air over hydraulic pressure increasing) which can replace tools conveniently. It can be also equipped cold extension rod in tools to achieve high speed drilling.
6.There are two screw chips cleaners on the two sides of working table to remove swarf automatically. Machine uses water cooling, and has cooling fluid supplying, reclaiming, and recycling filter system.
7.Machine adopts FAGOR8035 CNC system, RS232 port and colorful screen, Chinese operation interface, can input workpiece data by external PC or at site, easy to operate.
8. Theres shields on the guide and screw of X and Y axes, for X axis is made by steel plate, for Y axis using bellows shield.
