 This vibration sieve  were imported by our country in 1990. Ten years operation in chemical industry and mining industry show the features of rational structure and reliable operation. BPS series variable-frequency sieving machines developed in our factory by introducing in foreign technology have replaced those imported and been used in Tianjin Base Factory. Running at variable speed (double-frequency, multi-frequency) by unbalanced drive it is a new type non-linear and highly efficient heavy duty sieving machine. It is especially good for fine sieving. Free passing guaranteed by running at variable speed, jet screen mesh-cleaning system, spray screen mesh-cleaning system and automatic screen mesh-stretching device greatly raises sieving efficiency.

Features: BPS variable-frequency sieving machine is designed with one layer or double-layer. Tilt angle against the screen plane is 25°-35. Driven by two sets of asymmetric and different frequency vibrating motors sieving operation is completed by casting the material linearly along the screen plane.

 

The amplitude of vibration (8-12mm) at the feed inlet is the biggest while the frequency (12HZ) is the lowest. The amplitude of vibration (1-2mm) at the discharge outlet is the smallest while the frequency (50HZ) is the highest. Variable frequency and amplitude of vibration together with non-linear and unbalanced vibration make the sieving process from the inlet to the outlet into forced high-speed classification, middlespeed classification and high-frequency fine classification. Most of the fine particles among the materials being sieved is classified at the first stage, then goes through middle-speed classification and finally passes through high-frequency fine classification. The screen mesh is in a state of unbalanced vibration. During the travel from the inlet to the outlet the material experience three stages of classification with gradually raising of frequency and speed acceleration so that best sieving result is achieved.

 

The determination of technical parameters depends on the composition of the particle size of different materials. Coarse material requires big amplitude and low frequency while fine material requires the contrary. For common sieving machines those requirements can be satisfied .The only way out is to widen and lengthen the screen surface or to the number of sieving machines. If so, it is not only difficult for technological arrangement but also expensive for investment in equipment. But for a BPS variable-frequency sieving machine there are no such problems, It can fully sieve not only large particles but also middle and fine particles large tilt angle, large mesh holes, strong sieving capacity and highly efficient, BPS variable-frequency sieving machine is a new type sieving equipment.

 

Screen mesh can be easily replaced and stretched tight automatically during operation preventing loosening and sinking so that life of screen mesh is prolonged and sieving efficiency is raised. The machine is of fully-sealed structure and equipped with a dust-exhausting hole. It runs under slight negative pressure and pollution is prevented.

 

Screen meshes made of stainless steel and wholly treated with anti-corrosive technology are availed.

 

The machine is made of alloy steel or stainless steel and made into common type or explosion-proof type at the users' requests.

 

    A material distributing device is equipped at the feed inlet to cause the material spread evenly along the width of the screen mesh to make full use of the effective screen surface. By adjusting the device the thickness of the layer of material on the screen surface is kept optimum and best sieving result is achieved as the passing rate is raised.

 

    A special variable-frequency speed regulator is equipped to adjust at random the vibrating force, vibrating frequency and vibrating amplitude to realize integral automatic electromechanical control.
