Application field

      This system is widely used in dewatering, slimeseparation and thickening thchnic procedure before leaching for thickner with centre drive structure, updated high-efficiency thickner, high-efficiency thickner in metallurgy, mining, coal, construction material, sewage treatment and other industries. It also can keep the technic index stable within a reasonable scope, improve the thickending efficiency and capacity. And it avoids the effect on the parameter due to the change of index in other techinical process and improves the safety of machinery.

      This system adopts automatic and handmotion schema. It can check the feeding density and flow amount and automatically control the feeding amount of floccuant combined with overflow cloudiness and measured value of high thickness layer height. Based on the settled downflow dnesity, actual thickness layer height and, the rotate speed of down flow pump is changed to keep the downflow stable within the optimal scope. Check the running current of main motor to judge the load of thickner. Using the automatic harrow ensures the harrow can not be pressed down.

Content

      Electromagnetic flowmeter and densimeter are used to check the ore feeding condition, control the adding amount of flocculant liquor and dilution water.
      The liquidometer is used to measure the height of interfacing and optimize the feeding amount of flocculant to ensure the thickenning layer is in the reasonable position.
      Overflow water nephelometer is adopted to measure the solid content of overflow and the height of thickening layer can be optimized by fuzzy algorithms to ensure the solid content of overflow meets the index need of circulating water in the workshop.
      The liquidometer is adopted to take measure of the height and downflow density and PID+FUZZY control method is used to change the rotate speed of downflow, therefore, the downflow density is kept stalbe in the scope expected.
      According to the measured downflow density and flow amount, the amount dry ore in the downflow can be calculated, witch is convenent for production management .
      Taking measure of the current or power of drive motor of harrow, the load condition of thickner can be detected indirectly. The automatic harrow device will ensure the equipment operate safely.

Function

      This system can set both automatism and handmotion operation. The downfolw density, solid content of overflow, adding amount of flocculant, thickening layer height and other proposed parameter can be adjusted at any time based on the technology requirement.
      Accroding to the customers requirement and operation condition, this system can adjust and make the enquipment work in the optimum condition by optimum algorithm.
      The parameter such as ore feeding density, flow of feeding, downflow density, the flow of dwownflow, solid content of overflow etc can be dispalyed at any time. 
      The operation condition of system equipment can be displayed online. 
      Lower limit alarm of technological parameter and load high low.
      The trend map of tested parameter can be diaplayed on time, which is covenient to the analysis and judgement of engineering techniques.
      It has the function of history record and accounting, wichi is convenient to production management and cost control.
      The numerical statement and trend map of every technological parameter can be printed and outputted.
      It can be connected with companys local area network to form automatic system in the workshop.

Example of application effect

It is used in thickenning before cyanidation to keep the slurry density stable. The sodium cyanide can be saved more than 5% and the leaching ratio can be improved 0.4~1.2%.
When it is used in countercurrent washing process, the gold washing ratio can be improved more than 0.3%.
When it is used in dewatering for thickening, it can be improved 315 on the basis of original downflow density, the dosage of flocculant can be saved 5% at lease and the transportation comsumption can be reduced greatly.
When it is used in slimeseparation, the solid content of overflow is reduced more than 10% and avoids the ouverload.
The thickening efficiency can be improved over 8% and capacity can be improved over 5%.
