Application field

    This system, on the basis of the characteristic of material and technicology, sets up many specialist system schema, which is applied in autocontrol of slurry pump and cyclone for classifying and dewatering in the technological process of metal, nonmetal and coal. This system can improve the yield, efficiency and recovery of useful mineral with maximum extent during the classifying process, as the same time, reduce the water content of product and solid content of overflow product. By this way, the instability of index due to the wrong operation can be avoided and the automatization and level of management can be improved fully.

 

system schema and control characteristics

    This system has more than 12 kinds of controlling methods. The FUZZYPID sets up parameter aiming at the characteristic of ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, coal, chemical industry mineral, siliceous sand and other building materials. It also check up and automatically adjust the liquid level of pump pool and the flow, outlet pressure, slurry density, motor rotating speed of slurry pump to ensure the inlet index of cyclone is stable. According to the overflow density of cyclone, fedback date of flow, the index is adjusted to be stable in the appropriate scope.

    The sutstanding feature of this system is that, acconrding to the customers requirement and combined with the pattern selection analysis software of slurry pump and cyclone, we can find out the best matching and setting for the  technological equipment. Base on the perfect combination of technological equipment and this system, we can maximize the value during the process and realize the proficient scheme for cyclone classifying(dewatering).
This system can be jointless interfaced with XHK2000 grinding classifying autocontrol system to make up the autocontrol system of closed circuit grinding classifying flow of mill and cyclone and use the upper computer together to reduce the investment.

 

Function

    Check out the flow, pressure and densty of pump outlet and the rotating speed of motor and overflow density and flow etc at real time.                
    Set the control parameter at will. According to the set parameter and checkup parameter, the motor rotating speed, performer and density, flow, pressure of slurry can be controlled in an optimal scope.
    The measured number and technique trend map can be displayed on line.
The upper and lower limit of liquid level of pump pool and alarm when the cyclone classifying(dewatering) surpass the limit.
    Good limiting surface and many picture can be switchovered,witchi is esay to operate.
    Good function of configuration, support various mainstream concentration line with expanding.
    According to the technique requirement, the controlling method of classifying and controlling and relevant mineral controlling scheme can be selected at will.
    The upper computer will count every index data, report, pring output report and record.
    It can be connected with local area network of company to realize automatization of workshop.

Effect of application

Cyclone classifying (dewatering) series equipment reaches full load and operates, the utilization ratio of equipment has improved more than 30%.
Lghtening the workers labour intensity and the efficiency, technology onsite and control level of equipemt are increased.
This system combined with cyclone and slurry pump is used for classifying, the classifying efficiency can reach 80%~90% and the capacity of grinding is improved more than 10~20% accordingly. The recovery of mineral is improved more than 1.5%.
When this system combined with cyclone and pump is used for dewatering, the density of underflow is up to 8085.
Avoid the foul air caused by the slurry pump sucking air and prolong the service life of impeller, sheath and other wearing parts and reduce the use-cost of equipment.
