The LVF1-D series cream fillers are designed to dispense medium-thickness to high-thickness products with small or medium filling volume, especially suitable for high viscosity products, such as cream, mascara, lip color, butter etc., and can be widely used in cosmetic, food and other industries.

Operating Principle: The products are drawn into storage product cylinder, which will be transferred to the volumetric product cylinder. The discharge stroke of volumetric product cylinder draws a measured amount of product into container. The filling volume is set easily by adjusting the hand wheel.

To meet the demands of our different customers, we have developed two SVFA series: King Series (K Series) and Queen Series (Q Series).

 K Series:  The pneumatic components are from FESTO, Germany. It is these high quality components that help our machines achieve market leadership when compared with other domestic machines of the same type.
