--This grain packaging machine are consisted of the weighing machine, hopper, conveyer belt, sewing machine or heat sealing machine.

  The support equipment includes upgrading feeder, entrapment instrument for customers' option.

--Operational Principle: assisted on bag→ pneumatic folder bags→ vibrating feeder→ Automatic weighing (weighing the weight of any set) → auto-open bag→ belt presending→ roller conveyor→ conveyor belt( in the transmission process of doing sealing or sewing package)

--Main Application: suitable for packaging particulate material such as rice, bean, solid medicine, granular MSG, additives, fodder, dyes, etc.

2) Major Components

1.   Controller: Key chips use the up-to-date technology from United States and the latest module of the Delta-Sigma conversion chip to achieve high accuracy and swift speed of the conversion. Dual monitor also showed the momentary weight, target weight or actual results and other information.

2.   14-bit code segment LED display, eight LED status indicators, all packaged data is input by panel button and stored in memory. With power protection function, usage of software, adjust the full-digital, you can permanently store 30 groups of data formula.

3.  Date - Time - the cumulative are not impact of the power-down.

4.  Weighing sensor: Good quality products used to ensure the accuracy of weighing.
