Large discharge vacuum filter solves the coolant filtering problem of cutting and grinding process. It is large flow, high efficiency and reliable. If you use the filter with chip conveyor, the effect would be better. Its main principle is:Firstly, most dirt fluid and chips from machine tool is discharged by chip conveyor. Small chips and dirt coolant enter into filtering tank. Due to vacuum effect, dirt fluid is compulsorily filtered by filtering paper and wedge-shaped filtering screen. Clean coolant passes vacuum chamber and clean fluid tank, then returns back to machine tool through pump. After long time running, impurities would accumulate on paper. It will reduce filtering precision. When degree of vacuum reaches rating, vacuum gauge starts work, dirt paper removes and clean filtering paper covers wedge-shaped filtering screen. The accumulative and dirt paper are discharged into collecting box.
