        Sealing surfaces of trim and seat are quite flushing-resistant, for they are  titanium  treated by overlaying welding or catalyzed by special . The seal pair is made of soft and hard sealing materials, which ensures “zero leakage” when the valve is closed.

      With the 18° streamlined throttling cone on the trim, direction of medium can be changed to prevent the sealing face from head-on flushing when the valve is opened/closed. A pressure balancing device is designed to minimize the open-close moment of valve, stabilize the open-close operation, eliminate vibrations and protect parts inside the valve.

       By changing the arrangement of throttling orifices on the trim sleeve, different flow characteristics can be obtained. The valve is capable of multi-stage throttling and may be used as a pressure relieve valve under great pressure differential.
