This Equipment is made up of pressure-reducing system, desuperheater systerm, safety system and automatic controlling system.
Pressure Reducing System--Apply with the pressure reducing valve and throttle orifice acted by actuator.
Temperature Reducing System--Apply the way of spraying the water into hybird pipeline, taking the advantage of the power by cooling water force to the nozzle and the brounce by the spring, which regulate the area of the water flow by the control valve so as to reduce the temperature.
Safety System---Apply with implus safety system (main safety valve and impluse safety valve).
Automatic Controlling System---Apply with our RKG type steam and temperature control cabinet.
1. Inlet Steam Pressure: P1≤10Mpa, T1≤540°C.
2. Outlet steam flow Q:The Variation Range for oultlet folw Q is 10%Q~100%Q.
3. Outlet steam pressure P2: when P2≤0.98Mpa,the Variation Range is P2±0.04Mpa.
when 0.98≤P2≤3.82, the Variation Range is P2±0.06Mpa.
when P2≥3.82, the Variation Range is P2±0.15Mpa.
4. Outlet steam Temperature T2: the Variation Range for T2 is T2±4°C.
5. Noise: when the equipment is in normal working condition, test the noise on the place 1m far from the pressure reducing valve,and the noise shall not big than 80 dBA.
