Structure

The Fifth Generation Desuperheater System is made up of control valve, hybrid pipeline,throttle
valve, globe valve, check valve and so on. The cooling water was spraying into the hybrid pipeline by the nozzle so as to reduce the temperature.

Performance:

1.   Outlet steam flow Q:The Variation Range for oultlet folw Q is 30%Q~100%Q.
2.  Outlet steam Temperature T2: The Variation Range for oultlet Temperature T2 is T2±4°C.
3.   Noise: when the equipment is in normal working condition, test the noise on the place 1m far
      from the hybird pipeline, and the noise shall not big than 80 dBA.
