Product Description

    For the equipment of BF, how to reduce the water consumption of hot blast valve is becoming one of key factors related to energy saving and reducing discharge. Shilin always focus on the new technology of Bf equipment and persists in R&D new products, this new water and energy saving hot blast valve, which is cooperated and designed with design institute and iron and steel company, is the evidence of its endeavor. In Jan. 2006, this valve passed the appraisal of experts, and won the state invent patent in 2007.

Design characteristics

 Adopt complex ceramic refractory materials with high temperature resistance;

 Use special water-cooling chamber to assure the best cooling effect;

Less water consumption: 30~40% of the same size of normal hot blast valve;

 Reduce the heat loss during producing process by the means of adopting several heat insulation techniques;

 The blast temperature could be accordingly increased about 10°C;

 Reduce the operating cost of valve due to the reasons of less heat loss and less cooling water consumption;

 Adopt 4 patents widely used in normal hot blast valve (full covered indefinite form ceramic refractory, oval type asymmetry water chamber structure, protection layer disposed with the compound materials on valve disc, full floating sealing device of valve rod);

 Drive mode: electrical/ hydraulic/ pneumatic or manual.
