Scope of application

Mine fans of local ventilation  are designed for ventilation of blind drifts at density of air up to 1.2 kg / m3, temperature from -20OC up to +35 OC, dust level up to 50 mg/m3 and relative humidity up to 95% (at +35 OC).

Environmental conditions

· ambient air temperature from -20 0C to +35

· dust level of ambient air, mg/m3, no more than 50

· working position is horizontal

· deviation from the working position is admitted, degree 0 30

· influence of mechanical factors of external environment is according to the group of operating conditions M1 GOST 17516.1-90.

Advantages of application

The unified complete set of equipment allows you to:

· choose the type of control (manual or automatic);

· operation of the unit in the normal and reverse modes;

·  frequency regulation of fan supply due to change of motor rotation speed or guide vanes;

· automatic switch of a stand-by fan at emergency switch-off  of a running one;

· automatic switch of stand-by low voltage input;

· automatic  restart of the fan drive at its disabling during short-time (up to 9 sec.) breakdown or deep voltage drop of network;

· reverse of air stream without stopping the fan;

· in case of emergency the unit is automatically disabled. An operator receives light and sound signals.

· Mine fan unit in accordance with the safety rules consists of two fans – a running one and a standby one – and of a set of tools for reversing the air stream and transition from a running fan to a standby fan.
