Product Description: 

   NF type low-noise high-pressure centrifugal fan  can select high quality carbon steel and also anti-corrosive stainless steel.  Fan made from anti-corrosive stainless steel is widely used in fields like chemical, farm insecticide, fertilizer, pharmaceutical industry, glass, paper, food, drying and gas making.

 Basic Components :

    This product is composed of impellers, case, air inlet, frame, transmission unit (except Type A) and electric motor.

Impeller is composed of blades, front disk, hub disk and axis plate. It can be made from high quality carbon steel or anti-corrosive stainless steel according to different operating requirements. Strict dynamic balance test proves that it operates very stably. The case has light and high strength structure and can bear pressure and is also made from high quality carbon steel or anti-corrosive stainless steel according to various operation requirements.

    Type C and Type B are equipped with transmission unit consisting of principal axle, bearing housing, rolling bearing, belt roller or shaft coupling. Fan can be designed into rightward rotation and leftward rotation. If front view is taken on the electric motor or one end of the bearing housing, the fan whose impellers rotate clockwise is called rightward rotating fan, short for “Right” or “S”; the fan whose impellers rotate anticlockwise is called leftward rotating fan, short for “Left” or “N”. Outlet position of the fan is indicated by the exit angle of the case. Adjustment range is between 0o and 225o with an inter space of 45o. 90 o is shown on the sample fan. Notes shall be given when the order is placed if users have different requirements.

    The frame is uniformly made from carbon steel plate and section steel. The whole fan is assembled with components that can be removed separately, so fault from a single component won’t make the whole fan disable. Corresponding oscillating damper is equipped at the bottom of the frame based on the machine type. Only smooth base plane is allowed and it’s not necessary to build special foundation for the fan.
