 Tire Recycling Equipment--model QY DL-24

Explanation of the whole process

1)      Cut the whole car tire/ truck tire into 7-8 pieces.

2)      Feed the processor with tire pieces.

3)      Start the motor, water pumps and other electricity load equipment, and burn the hearth.

4)      When the temperature is up to about 180 °C, the oil gas begins to generated.

5)      The oil gas goes into the atmolysis tower where the heavy and light oil gases are separated. The heavy one precipitates in the bottom while the lighter one passes two condensation systems, and liquefied by the condensers.

6)      The liquid fuel oil flows into the oil-water separator, where the water which contains impurity in it will stay in the bottom.

7)      There are some hydrocarbons gases generated in the production, the gases pass the atmolysis tower, condensation system, and finally collected in the gasholder, where they have a filtration by water. One part of the gas is leaded on to the hearth with the air blower and burnt as fuel there. The other part, which is too much for the hearth, is burnt out in a special burner.

8)      While burning the fuel and the gas there will be some dust and smoke, and they are absorbed into the flue dust catcher system for purification.

9)      Emit the water in the oil-water separator, then pump the oil into the oil tank.

10)   When the temperature drops to about 100°C, get the carbon black and the steel out from the processor.

11)   After the above process, you can continue to produce the second lot.
