I water purifier - UV sterilization for wastewater Description KCW/V adopts advanced high intensity Amalgam tube and install it in the open channel for sewerage treatment. UV lamp in the module is installed vertically, perpendicular to the water flow direction. Each UV lamp is enclosed in sealed high transmittance quartz sleeve.

Flexible modular design; easy system integration, installation and operation
The modules can be installed in the channel separately or can be grouped in series or in parallel Each module has a quick-attachment cover lid that allows the lamps to be checked or replaced without having to remove the module out of the water flow or disturb the quartz sleeve seals.

Ballast Cabinet Electronic ballast cabinets are installed near each UV bank ablove the channel. Highly effective electronic ballast is installed inside the cabinet.
Operating and Control system The central control cabinet is guided by industrial PLC system. The cabinet is provided with HCI, which can be operated both in automatic and manual modes. All the operating data from the UV system can be transmitted to the central control system through PLC. The control system incorporates a data logging fuction for recording all operating parameters.
UV sensor Each bank of UV plant is equipped with two UV-radiation intensity meters. The UV sensor measures the UV intensity inside the UV bank, converts the analogue signal form to the operating and Control system.
Automatic level control system Each disinfection channel is equipped with an automatic level control system. It consists of a motorized sliding gate mounted st the channel outlet, PLC controller and ultrasonic/or variable-capacitance water level sensor. Wiper System Both mechanical and chemical wiping available
Mechanical wiping system While cleaning the quartz sleeves, it is not necessary to remove the UV module from the channels. Such cleaning system prevents quartz fouling duing UV system operation, and it can removes the deposits from the quartz sleeve surface by periodical mechanical cleaning. The wiping frequency can be adjusted through PLC control unit. The pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders are drived by air compressor with receiving tank.
