a. Based on the design of its key decomposition processor, our equipments thoroughly
overcome the disadvantages of the domestic present vertical processor, such as bottom
being heated unevenly, easy to break, low output and short service life and so on. Our main
reactor uses horizontal rotation structure and 0.4 round per minute.
b. Fast and practical feed-in and discharge system. JZA-10 can feed in 10 tons of
raw materials and needs 1-2 hours. And discharge for 300kg carbon black
only needs 30 minutes.
c. High effective gas heating system. In the process of pyrolysis, when the reactor is
heated up to 150 centigrade, it will produce a large amount of unique gas-CH4& C4H8,
which cannot be formed at normal temperature and normal pressure. If those gases have
been fully burning by the specific designed gas nozzle, it can save energy and economize
resources. Take the bunker coal as example, every 24 hours need 1.5 tons coals. After
the fuel gas as supporting, every 24 hour need 0.3 tons coal.
d. Effective deduster system. We have two or three deduster systems to meet your
demands. So that the emission can reach the national discharge standards.
