1.Background of project

Every city, the total monthly waste oil generated about 900 tons(generally small town of waste oil generated about 300 tons a month), 

which does not contain a variety of abandoned animals and vegetable oils, acidification of oil, oil trench, waste oil, used lube oil. And all over the use of oil refineries, chemical plants, fertilizer, urea plant, coking plant by products (waste) such as: alcohol, sulfonated oil, naphtha, paraffin, benzene, naphthalene, and so one can directly into fuel oil, the huge number, inexpensive and easy to buy. 

Such a large amount of waste oil each year in China because of no reasonable approach, but by dumping and burning to dispose, not only caused a great waste of energy, but created a serious ecological pollution, threat of human life.

2.Introduction of raw material:

Sources of raw materials (all types of auto repair shop, a variety of large-scale machinery, ships, farm vehicles, farm machinery, pumps, tractors, transformers and so on down the replacement of waste oil, all kinds of waste animals and vegetable oil, acid oil, heavy oil, lubricating , Alcohol, sulfonated oil, naphtha, paraffin, benzene, naphthalene, ketone.)

3.Production process:

a. Add special catalyst into waste oil and pyrolysis under suitable temperature, waste oil and mineral oil products can reach the effect of splitting.

b. After pyrolysis, put the gas component into the catalysis chamber, then oil has been steamed.

c. Steam for oil fractionation, respectively to collect petrol, diesel distillates.

d. Gasoline and diesel distillates were refined respectively. 

Through the entire process to remove impurities in the device, not only to guarantee product quality, but low cost, reduced volume, simple technology and shorter produce cycle. The oil quality is good, high transparency, even achieve to the same effect as mineral water, low carbon content and high-yield, the total quantity can achieve to the weight 90% of waste oil.

4. Technological process:

Take the crude oil through the oil pumped into the reboiler, in a state of decompression of the catalytic heating oil distillate steam, oil and gas through the condenser, liquid can be part of the condensate for oil, the other part of gas through fuel gas system into hot stove to burn.
