This equipment is used to recycle the waste plastic (such as food bags, shopping plastic bags, disposable lunch bags, woven bags, etc.) which is contaminative and difficult to process. The waste plastic will be first crushed into small pieces (without washing) by the shredder and be loaded into the charging hopper,then be cracked into mixed oil gas under high temperature, which will be converted into gaseous olefin such as CH4,C2H8 through the Catalytic tank. But during this period, HCL will be firstly decomposed and Hydrochloric acid will generate when the HCL flows into the bubbling room and reacts with water. The non-condensable gas will be injected into the gas tank as liquefied gas by the condensation separator through the compressor. This liquefied gas could be used as fuel for this equipment or sold as a sales-product. And other mixed oil gas will successively flow into and through the refining tanks, filters and finally the oil storage tanks. The gasoline and diesel oil generated fully reach our national standard, which has been tested and proven by Sinopec Shanghai Plant.

All parts of the equipment are assembled in a trapezoidal rack, and Digital instrumentation will control automatically, so operation is very easy and simple. It is Mechanical, electrical, instrument integration high-tech equipment.

The project achieves the goal of energy conservation, high efficiency, environmental protection, safe operation and the high-quality oil. Not only eliminating white pollution, turning waste into wealth, and also effectively reaching the aim of energy regeneration, energy saving and emission reduction, it well and commendably meets the objective of the world's low-carbon lives.

Technical Process and Operation: 

 The collected waste plastic (food bags, shopping plastic bags, disposable lunch bags, woven bags etc.) through the shredder into small pieces (without washing), then putting them into the charging hopper; from the automatic unloading entrance to the first heating room, the temperature is 280 Degrees Celsius, the plastic will be broke into mushy. And the Cl-ion will dissolve in the water after through the negative pressure chamber and bubbling room, then the mushy plastic will be into the second heating stage, the temperature is 350 Degrees Celsius, and the mushy plastic will be changed into liquid and flows into the reactor (the temperature range is 420 Degrees Celsius-520 Degrees Celsius). Gradually, it will be turned into gaseous oil and into the catalysis tank.

Meanwhile, the mixed oil gas will go on the following process: the oil and non-condensable gas will be separated by the separator. After separation, the non-condensable gas will be compressed into liquefied gas by compressor and then be injected into the LPG tank; this liquefied gas could be used as fuel for this equipment or sold as a sales-product.

And other mixed oil gas will successively flow into and through the gasoline oil refining tank, then the finished gasoline appears. Before the finished gasoline filled into the oil storage, it will have been filtered completely. The left mixed oil will flow into and through the diesel oil refining tank and the filter, then the finished diesel oil will be filled into the diesel storage.

The last is a little heavy oil or say the fuel oil.
