CS ro edi system
A. General
The ro system makes use of reverse osmosis membrane to produce purified water in compliamce with requirements of vaious pharmacopoeias across the world. Inclusive of pre-treament apparatus, heat exchange system, 1 pass RO purifiers and seterilization unit, it features easy operation, stable water output, desirable targets, and is widely used in the production of purified water.
B. Based on URS, our company will be responsible for the following

l Equipment installation instruction, and installation, debunking on the part of seller
l DQ,IQ,OQ documents
l Relevant training on application and maintenance

Our company will be responsible for equipment design, manufacturing, on-factory testing, on-site installation instruction and final testing. We also bear the responsibility of traceability on material, parts and equipment.

Note: under European pharmacopoeia regulation one is allowed to monitor either TOC or readily oxidizable substance only .
Finished water produced through our equipment comes with a conductivity less than 1.3 μS/cm.
2,System output capacity: 6 m3/h(based on water with a temperature of 20°C).
D Raw water information:
1, Raw water : refer to water analysis report sent by end user.
2, Water consumption: water needed for operation more than 9.5m3/h, back-washing cycle around 2 hours.
3, Water feeding pressure: water from external source comes to raw water tank with pressure between 0.1~0.3Mpa. Users are required to place raw water pipe in the equipment range, and to insatll main feeding valve for easy control.
4,Power supply:
Air switch should be available to the water processing system, next to the
electric control box, requirements are as follows:
Power conditions: 220V/3ph/60Hz;
5. Sand filter and carbon filter
Water processed by sand filter comes to carbon filter, which is fairly absorptive to residual chlorine and organic substance.
The cycle concerning washing and back-washing of carbon filter is controlled through pre-set parameters, if the accumulative operation hours hit pre-set time, fitler washing and back-washing begins.
Sand filter and carbon filter come with a set of operational valve unit which give rise to automatic operation and back-washing. A heating system is added in the pre-teatment apparatus to keep the system temperautre stable at 20°C, and to sterilise the carbon filter at the temperature of 80°C.
Water processed by pre-treatment part satisfies RO water-feeding requirements.
