Filtration Process
produce water→wash back→adsorb salt(recycle)→washing→enter water in salt case
Principle of working
Its exchange process as follow:
2RNa + Ca2+ = R2Ca + 2Na+
2RNa + Mg2+ = R2Mg + 2Na+
R2Ca + 2NaCl = 2RNa + CaCl2
R2Mg + 2NaCl = 2RNa + MgCl2
Modal:
Small type device: Mainly adopt FLECK, AUTOTROL, small type multi vale: 2510,5000,5600,6700,8500,9000,9500,255,168,255ES,268,F65B,F63B. Uses the time or the flow controller, making single tank or double tank system, uses for parts 300~500mm resin pot, single pot water yield 0.5~6t/h. This kind of soft water system generally uses the plastic salt box, the soft brine pipe, may choose and match the standard foundation.
