Apply aluminum honeycomb, plastic honeycomb and paper honeycomb in pull through hole structure as support/carrier

Activated carbon is acknowledge in the industry as a tried and tested gas adsorbent with various applications.Organic compounds are retained on the surface of the carbon by the Van der waals forces or weak inter-molecular forces. Activated carbon is manufactrured by the controlled burning of such carbon rich material as coal, wood and nut shell,Then through steam or chemically activated carbon.

Application: Applied to chemical, pharmaceutical, food, entertainment place, building and places where the clean air is needed, and absorbing the pollution air such as Ammonia, Methyl mark alcohol, H2S, methyl pyruvate sulfide,  Methylthio, and some other harmful gas like NO2, SO2 etc.

Honeycomb holes are filled with activated carbon powder and covered with non-woven cloth by both sides. Air filter is formed by a frame.

Features: Low air resistance, permeation rate with 97%, water-proof, moisture-proof, good shape, stable form, non-toxicity.

Honeycomb wall thickness: 0.10mm-0.20mm

Specification: Subtense (aperture) S=12mm, S=8mm

Dimension: Length×Width×Height, different requested specifications can be customized.

Volume weight: 46kg/m3

Operating temp.: -40°C to + 50°C
