Application
Waste water containing oil is present in many manufacturing industries. It comes from electric plant, machinery processing, steel rolling, chemical engineering, oil refining, oil stations, railways, shipping and so on. If waste water is discharged directly, it will cause serious environment pollution as well as a waste of both oil and water. Oil pollution is harmful to environment protection and ecological balance.
JFCY coalescence & separation oil removing method can effectively remove the floating oil, free oil and emulsified oil. The equipment oil existing as small dots in the waste water can be removed. The effect is incomparable for chemical method.
Working Principle
After initial filtration and refining filtration, mechanical impurity can be removed totally. The oil contained in the water goes through breaking emulsion, interception, bouncing, separation, agglomeration, absorption and ascension. It can fully separate oil from the water and complete the all process.
