Introduction of the product
This product is a high polymer water proof material of high quality, produced by adopting advanced technology and equipments, mainly using vinyl as the main material, also added other accessory ingredients and anti-aging ingredients. This product has features such as good tensile strength, high elongation rate, low contractibility rate, good flexibility, long service life etc.
The width of this product: 1.2m and 2.0m; The thickness of it:0.8,1.0,1.2,1.5,2.0mm (special specification can be made to order). This product has reliable performance and quality, and easy to construct.
Scope of application
It is applicable to roof water proof in civil and industrial buildings, including planted roof, flat roof and slope roof.
Underground waterproof of buildings: including water proof of reservoirs, dams, channels and basements.
It is also applicable to tunnels, expressways, grain depot, air-raid shelters, landfills, man-made lakes etc.
Matters need attention during water proof construction
No roll sheet or heat preservation construction is allowed on a rainy day.
Screed-coat of the roll sheet shall meet relevant quality and degree of drying demand.
On the corners of the roof, gutters, outlets of water, ridges, lap joints of coiled material, fixed strips and relevant joint spots shall be flat, pasted tightly, fixed strips shall be close to each other. They also shall conform to design requirements and roof construction technical specification (or relevant regulation), in the meantime, extra layer shall also be applied to them.
When pasting roll sheet excessive tension and corrugation shall be avoided, air between the substratum and roll sheet shall be got rid of completely. After getting rid of the air from both sides of the coiled material, do use roller to roll it tight.
The width and pasting of the roll sheet shall be straight and strictly constructed according to marked line on the substratum.
When pasting heat preservation layer, water proof layer shall be protected.
Key points in construction
Conventional construction method of PVC water proof roll sheet
Apply adhibiting method, border adhibiting method and Mechanical fixation method. Seams normally use Automatic hot air welding machine to treat. Complicated water proof parts shall apply special PVC parts.
