it is designed for household use only. do not use it in a commercial ,rental ,or institutional setting .there are four different modes-p0,p1,p2 and p3.p0 is the manual mode and adjusting the treadmill speed is optional .p1,p2 and p3 are the automatic modes.

p1 is the walk program lasting 20 minutes ,the program cycle commences at a speed of 0.5km/h,gradually increasing to 2km/h,then 4km/h and reduces to 2km/h then 0.5km/h as a warm down before halting at the end of the 20minute program.

p2 is strengthen physical strength program ,timing is 20minutes,speed changes circularly as 0.5,2,5,2,5,2,0.5 gradually.
