Production Usage

It is the boron modified silver brazing flux.  This flux work together with silver based brazing filler metals involving brazing of steel, stainless steel, copper, copper alloy, nickel alloy, carbide steel, and diamond PCD with high melting brazing filler metals . TiBright’s silver brazing flux paste can be use with most heating method, include flame torch, induction, or furnace, high frequency, electrical resistance welding, and so on.

Caution

Inesculent. Immediate water flashing is needed if it is splashed into eyes or mouth. Do not mix it with

other impurity materials. After the packaging is opened the paste can be hardened easily.

Better liquidity and wetting ability than the FB102C-14, but higher active temperature then FB102C-14.

FB102C-44

600 – 800 °C

1110 – 1472 °F

It is the No.1 for welding stainless steel, and contains effective surface activity agent, has the ability to clear away the stainless steel oxide insistently, so you can get the bright and clear high quality weld joint.

Same as the above, but most suitable for welding the high quality stainless steel.
