Stainless Steel Welding Electrode
Instruction: HT-A062 is lime titania type coating super lowcarbon stainless steel electrode, which may adopt AC&DC+ operation. As the low carbon, with no stabilizer such as Nb, Ti, etc, also it can resist the intercrystalline corrosion for the carbides separating out.
Application: For the welding of alike stainless steel structure, composite steel and dissimilar steel structure of the equipment making on the producing of synthetic fibre, petrochemical industry, also suitable for bead welding of nuclear reactor pressure vessels and inside components of tower.

Notice:
1. Before welding, the electrode should be dried for 1 hour at 250.
2. Try best to use DC+, as the AC welding has a shallow penetration, and the current shall be low, preventing the electrode too hot.
