 Introduction of this line

The F.C.W. Forming production line is consisted of seven parts as strip decoiling machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine, main machine of wire forming machine, drawing machine, electrical cabinet, wire coiling machine and main control operating desk, etc.

1.The strip pay-off machine works in passive decoiling way, which adopts the dancer adjuster of strip pay-off to control the uniformity. It can reduce the decoiling resistance.

2.The main machine of wire forming machine totally adopts cantilever structure, which is convenient for operation. It totally has 7 sets of horizontal roller, 8 sets of vertical roller; the first set of vertical roller is passive, other 7 sets are frequency converter motor drive.

3. The powder feeding installation adopts belt feeding and it has photoelectric no-powder detector. When there’s no powder in the powder box, the detector will alarm and the machines stop in set time, which avoids the “empty pipe” phenomenon of wire.

4.The wire coiling machine adopts frequency converter motor drive.
