AWS ER70S-6 is equal to ER50-6,and ER49-1 is equal to HO8Mn2SiA
This kind of welding wire is used for CO2 gas shield welding ,being featured by small weld spatter ,high deposition efficiency and stable electric arc, with good blowhole resistant property.
For er70s-6:It is not only suitable for welding of carbon steels and 500MPa grade structures of vehicle, construction, shipbuilding and bridge ,but also for high-speed welding of sheet and pipes.
