Description:

1. The device use special cutting knife to promise the neat cutting edge. The guiding orbit uses high precision ABBC roller from Taiwan. 

2. The device uses cylinder to add the pressure and can adjust the welding period to promise the fastness of the welding.

3. The device is equipped with OMRON photoelectricity swift, Mitsubishi electronic device, Panasonic PLC to make the machine run more stably, efficiently.

4. The device uses Chinese high quality ultrasonic generators (can be upgraded to imported ultrasonic generators) which have strong welding and high efficiency. The main machine and ultrasonic generators run at the same time to prolong the using life.

5. The transforming among different models and sizes of bags still uses the second generation machine’s advantages. Our machine has much simpler operation that other supplier’s.

6. The device is equipped with our factory’s bag   folding machine which has neat folding. Tensile adjusting makes the running more stably.

7. The device uses one-piece substructure connection to promise the synchronous tension and stable transferring.

8. The main parts of the machine use 304 stainless steel and the machine has reasonable electronic wire layout. The whole shelf of the machine uses Chinese good 45# steel to make the running more stably.
