Structure and working principle of Glory wood powder machine
1. The wood powder machine contains main body, middle body and lower body. We install triplet stator wheel, pulverizing blade wheel and fineness sensor in the middle body of the machine.
2. Pulverizing blades: '7' shaped blade, horizontal blade and eccentric blade.
3. The machine also contains blower, powder collector and dust collector.
4. The motor of this machine drives the rotor to rotate with a high speed. the blades inside the machine start to cut and pulverize the material into wood powder.
5. The fineness sensor can separate the powder with required fineness.
How to adjust the output powder fineness
1. Fineness range: 30-500 mesh. The yield and fineness may differ from different materials.
2. The air volume can be adjusted too.
3. We can move the fineness sensor up or down to change the output powder fineness.
