Please allow me introduce our company experence about the design of the biomass fuel pellet plant.Making Pellet is a skilled process,More education and skill is required.

Firstly lets talk about raw material.Application raw material just like  saw dust ,woodshaving,wood scraps, leaves, grass clippings and yard waste,wood logs,wood branch,oil palm fiber and so on. This is a great way to use up organic waste you might otherwise throw away. When nature materials such saw dust for example are compressed as in the pellet mill ,the pressure puls the heat caused by the milling(roller+die)produces a nature substance called lignin,this make the pellets holds together.However,depends on how dry the material is .The optimal moisture is for pelletizing is 13-15%.Different raw material ,we will design the different Compression Ratio.So if you wanna produce the pellet ,you should better inform us what kind type tree you wanna use .Rightnow we have different raw material from the different country for testting and research.if you wanna mix some other raw material ,pls inform us whats your mix ratio.The common raw material ,we have steady die already

 Secondly,If ur raw material cant directly for pelletizing ,just like u wanna use the woodbranch ,big size woodwaste, thickness of ur raw material is >10mm and>50mm*50mm(L*W).We will use our woodchipper to chip them piece to piece.Our woodchipper capacity is 10-15t/h,power is 55kw,Maximum diameter log could be allowed 250mm.Finished woodchip length  is about 20-30mm,then put our pulverizer(hammer mill) crush them get 3-4mm wood particle for pelletizing .Considering your different raw material ,we will give you resonabl crushing system in order to help you reduce the electircity consumption .During our crushing ,we guarantee there is no dust working envirment .Because there is dust cllector system in our crushing system .

Thirdly ,we can design the reasonable dryer system to dry ur raw material reach 13-15% humidity for pelletizing ,According the initial humidity of our customers raw material ,the workshop of our customers ,use the different energy resource like electricty ,coal ,gas,biomass pellet .And our design never increase the cost during pellet production .If you wanna do the big capacity pellet production line (more than 1 ton per hour),Mostly we will conisdering your water everaparation ,we will use the rotary dryer machinery .We could design the safty rotary dyer ,and high efficiency hot wind stove .During the pellet production ,we add the steam boiler as to enlarge the pellet capacity also increase the life of the pellet mill use .

 Fourthly ,After pelletizing process we can get the smooth ,hard,shiny,hot woodpellet ,too hot to hold ,the temperature is about 60-80 degree and the humidity is about 13-15%.so we use the cooler reduce to about 3-4% humidity meanwhile let the temperature down guanantte the pellet storage.If customers need packing scale ,we also supply the Semi-Auto packing machinery .
