Biomass briquette press machine

Raw materials range of biomass fuels:

Corn stalks, wheat straw, cottonseed husk, straw,rape straw, bean straw, grass, alfalfa,peanut vine, sweet potato seedlings, firewood, grass, straw, sawdust, wheat bran, furfural residue, sawdust, wood and so on agricultural and forest residues. 

Firstly,crushing the raw materials into the size between 3-50mm, and then transporting materials by the conveyor belt to the main machine, the final product size are 32*32mm rectangle or cylinder with diameter 8—40mm, the length of them could be adjusted. The product can be used as fuels and feedstuff of animals, easy to carry and store.

Biomass fuel production process: 

Raw material—Cut up—Accumulation—Transport of materials(Ingredients)—Crushing---- High pressure and temperature—Cooling—Package—Storage—Transportation 

Biomass fuel product use: 

Briquette and Straw pellets: Supply to farmers and large farms feed to cattle, sheep, horses, donkeys, deer, camel, ostrich.

Briquette fuel:Apply to life stove, heating furnace, gasifier, drying oven, hot water boiler, steam boiler and biogas production.
