Technical Feature:
1. The bed lathe is welded by thick wall seamless cast steel. It is analyzed and designed with FEA, worktable is more reasonable and stable.
2. All of the bearings, ball screw, linear guideway etc are lubricated and maintened  automatically by the concentrate control system of the machine.
3. The main parts of the machine are all top-grade brand of the world, such as Japanese Yaskawa servo system, Italian HSD spindle motor (100% input power), German vacuum pump etc.
4. Auto Tools Changer (ATC) with 8pcs of tools, controlled by Taiwan Syntec control system, makes tools-changing rapidly and stably.
5. Vacuum sucking worktable divided as 6 individual zones, each zone with separate switch controller.
6. Z axis is equipped with pneumatic balance system, which is a closed circle so to realize minimum energy consumption during working.

Application:
It is applied to produce real wood and MDF door, window, computer desk etc, as well as engraving on nonferrous metal such as copper, brass, aluminum etc.
