Product Introduction
Tuwuyou Colored Antimycotic antifunga waterproof Mortar is specifically designed for joints of ceramic tile. It consists of high grade cement,fine aggregate,filler,polymer powder and various promoter and pigments. Mainly, it is used to fill seams of various tiles made of Ceramic tiles,marble,granites, etc. It eliminates the problems of many existing fillers which are prone to split, get pulp and foam on tile coat while effectively enhancing Cohesive force between ceramic tiles and bases, and between ceramic tiles . Besides , it has good properties of anti-mildew, germ-proofing and waterproofing,which not only beautify the tile surfaces,improving decoration effect, but also avoids breaking bond coat and better guards against seepage on walls and grounds as well. After application, it maintains more lasting bright colors, it is in harmony with tile coat, making a seamless look.

Point of Attention
1.Application Temperature Range should be 5~40°C.
2.Tiles adhered by adhesives can't be washed out by acid cleaning agent.
3.To avoid staining tiles surfaces, construction method of pointing-joint is suggested to apply perforated bricks, tiles with high permeability or unglazed tiles.
4. If construction is carried out under rainy weather, covering or protective measures must be in place, making sure within 24 hours from completion of pointing-joint on, the joint mixture is kept away from rain.
5.The product is alkaline, irritant to skin or eyes. Please clean out eyes with clean water timely if they are splashed with it. If u still feel uncomfortable, please see the doctor timely.
Scope of Application
Mainly,it is applicable to 2-5mm-width-seam treatment of tiles on walls or floors of kitchens, toilet and swimming pools. It is also suitable for 2-5mm-width-seam treatment between various marble tiles or between granite tiles which are installed on walls or floors.

Construction Points
1,Preparation of Substrate
1)Seam filling can not be carried out before glue for tile is dry completely.
2)Make sure tiles and its circumjacent seams clean,without sludge or ponding water.
3) To the tiles with high water absorption rate, like terra cotta or splitting tiles, make them fully humid with water before seam-filling.
2,Agitation
1) pour clean water into an agitation vat then slowly add and mix Joint Mixture into it, making the mixture into uniform paste without powder agglomeration.
2)Mixing Proportion of Tuwuyou Joint Mixture: Powder /Clean Water= 1kg /0.29-0.31L
3)Before application, it would be better to stir the well-mixed Joint Mixture again after leaving the mixture unstirred for 10 minutes.
3,Construction operation
1)With rubber plaster hooks or sponge squeegees, Joint Mixture must be pressed-into seams,without gaps.
2)Get rid of surplus slurry along an angle of 45°to the gaps. Be careful enough not to drag out those in the gaps.
3)After seam-filling, let it dried by air for 30 minutes and shortly clean it by sponging down the tile surface with a wet cloth.
4)After 24 hours when the Joint Mixture gets solidified basically, clean out the tile surfaces with clean water.
Suggestion Dosage
Consumption of the joint mixture depends on the tile size and the joint width between them.
Suggested Dosage(KG/sqm)=1.85x(Tile Length+Tile Width) x Joint Depth x Joint Width/(Tile Length+Tile Width) ( mm as the Unit of Account )
