General description:

SPV-24 is a new product with the technology from Korea, combining with the feature of our country power supply. It is used for distributing electricity in condition of outdoor AC 3-phase, rated voltage 24KV, and mainly applies to the electricity network for making or breaking the load current, overload current and short circuit current. As a new product, it can realize the automatic power distributing protection in several steps.

 

Main features of this product:

SPV-24 circuit breaker applies vacuum arc theory. It uses attractive small spring operation structure with low power consumption for breaking and closing the valve. The direct transmission is used in this structure, so it needs a few parts for breaking and closing the valve but with high credibility and long life span (life: 20,000 times). This structure is put in a sealed machinery case so as to make the structure not be corroded.This circuit breaker is a three-phase separated box with the phase spacing of 340mm. It can meet the usage in high altitude, high temperature and humid areas and avoid any phase to phase fault and earth fault because of small phase spacing.The shell of the circuit breaker applies stainless steel which is corrosion resistant for forever use.The insulation of overall encapsulating pole and current transformer applies imported outdoor epoxide resin, which is resistant to low temperature, ultraviolet radiation and ageing with long life span.The compact disconnecting switch which is small and light can be installed; the stainless steel and integrative disconnecting switch and lightning arrester can also be installed. The disconnecting switch is linked with three phases, and has obvious facture when breaking the valve, and it can avoid incorrect interlock of the circuit breaker so it is convenient to maintain and safe and credible.

SPV-24 outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (circuit breaker for shout in the following) is mainly used in three-phase AC 24 KV and 50 HZ power system. It is used to break and close load current, overload current and short-circuit current in the electric power system. It is used to protect and control the power distribution system in transformer substation, industrial and mining establishments, and also suitable for countryside power network and places with frequent operation, and especially suitable for the transformation of the power network of city and countryside.

The case of circuit breaker can apply stainless steel case and the ordinary case should be treated with DACRO.The electrical operation or hand operation can be chosen when operating the circuit breaker.CT protection or protection without CT can be chosen in operating the circuit breaker.The circuit breaker can be installed with disconnecting switch or without disconnecting switch. The compact disconnecting switch and ordinary integrative disconnecting switch can be chosen, during which the lightning arrester can be installed into the integrative disconnecting switch.
