General description:

ZW7-40.5 outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (circuit breaker for short in the following) is an outdoor product of developed by our company. It is mainly used in three-phase AC 40.5 KV, 50 HZ power system. It is used to break the load current, short-circuit current. It is used to protect and control the power plant, power transformer, power equipment and power line loop and also suitable for countryside power network and places with frequent operation. It is not only suitable for the construction of new transformer but also suitable for oil-free reformation of old power transformer.

This product has the features such as good earthquake resistance, good switching performance, high credibility, simple structure, convenient repair and maintenance and long non- maintenance circle, etc.

 

Main features of this product:

The main structure of the circuit breaker is porcelain knob type. The upper porcelain bottle is filled with vacuum arc chamber; the bottom porcelain room is the support porcelain bottle. Three phases are installed in waterproof structure case together. The main loop includes upper line-out terminal, movable and static contacts, conduction clip, soft connection, primary parts between conduction row and current transformer of the vacuum arc chamber, and the bottle line-out terminal. The transmission structure of the circuit breaker is composed by link rod and connecting lever. The movable terminal of arc chamber is linked through connecting lever, insulation draw rod, and link rod and output shaft of the operation structure. The output shaft rotates and drives the draw rod to move left and right, and then drives the movable contact to break and close the valve. ZW7-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker is mainly composed by vacuum arc chamber, transmission structure, operation structure and current transformer.
