S Series Cone Crushers

We offer cone crushers with new features than tradional ones, with improved performance in sealing, cooling, anti-dust techniques, advanced techiques in producing eccentrics. We also seek a better balance inside cone crushers, to improve the yield while maintain high running rate at the same time.

In the 4 types of S series cone crushers we produce, S75, S155, S240 and S400, we have to say that S155 and S240 are usually with best performance among these 4 due to their exetremely stable performance and extremely high appriciation from customers.

4. Standard Head and Short Head

The major difference between standard head and short head is the difference in cavity.

Standard Head---Allowance of larger size of feed, and it enables the customers to conduct first time or second crushing process in practice. Each type of standard head cone crushers includes 4 different cavities including fine, media, coarse and extra coarse.

Short Head---With a relatively deep crushing head, the parallel space of cavity is longer than standard head crushers. When feed size is small enough, finer final products are produced accordingly. It can be conducted as the second or third time crushing process. The same to standard head, each type of short head cone crushers includes 4 different cavities which are fine, media, coarse and extra coarse.
