Details:

Ethyl maltol is a kind of safety and nontoxic, good-applied, efficent, small additional quantity food addittives, is widely used in food, beverage, flavor and fragrace, fruit wine, tobacco etc, to improve the sweet taste. specially used in dessert in improve the sweet taste. And it also can extend the storage life.

Properities:

White powder, acicular crystals, with sweet and coke aroma of fruit-like, very soluble in water, 1g this product can dissolve in about 55ML water, 10ml ethanol (95%). It can melt in 90 centigrade. In the process of production, it is often prepared in accordance with the solubility solution.

Production funtion:
