Pasteurizer
Description of plate pasteurizer:
The sterilizing process of pasteurizer is not only suitable for common products but can also meet special requirements of customers. For example: long term production of certain products with granules, or middle/high-viscosity products such as cream; products made of pure milk such as milk, fruit juice or cream; products containing fibers and large granules or products which are high in acidity and are erosive to dead angles. This pasteurizer will perform 85-95 pasteurization.
Characteristics of pasteurizer:
1. It's not easy to get burnt but can keep running for a longer time;
2. Adoption of PLC control makes the whole operation simple and accurate;
3. through the touch screen display you can have a overall view about it and the internal CIP cleaning system made it easy to clean;
4. Reliable materials, high bearing capability and lower cost on maintaining.
