Description of high temperature sterilizer (HTST):
Sterilizing temperature of this high-temperature sterilizer( for short as High temperature sterilizer (HTST) )ranges between pasteurization and super high temperature and usually suitable for 120°C and heat can be preserved for 10-15 seconds, control method can be classified into semi-auto and full-auto control (PLC control and touch-screen display) with a production capacity of 0.5—20t per hour.

This HTST (shortened form of high-temperature sterilizer) is characterized by its high-temperature and instantaneous pasteurization.
Applications of high temperature sterilizer (HTST):
This equipment is widely used to confirm or change original production formula of milk, fruit juice, tea beverage, dairy drink, beer, cream, egg products and solid powder etc. and it can also be used to distinguish and evaluate whether the flavor or color is right or to perform a pasteurization of stabilizing /emulsifying agent, newly developed products and samples etc.
