Two-stage Biomass Gasifier

Operation Principles:
1. The coal gas in the upper section enters electrical filter, its working temperature is 90-150 °C.Tar drops and ash in the gas will be polarized and collected to the wall of a pipe, then flows to tar tank.
2. Large particles ash in the gas of the lower section will be cleaned in ash hopper, removes to rotary ash-cleaner be cleaned again. The temperature will be 450-550 °C after cleaning.
3. Gas in the upper section and lower section mixed and will transfer to the heating furnace through conducting pipe.
