The mixing parts, filtering parts, cooling parts, heating parts, moisturizing parts, silencer parts and fan parts are seperately manufactured and combined together according to different application requirements, range from the common air-conditioner with comfort features to hospital operation room and integrated circuit dust-free room with strict requirements for clean.

  >The height and width of the unit can be manufactured flexibly to satisfy the on-site requirements for the unit dimensions.

  >The separated parts can be delivered to the jobsite and installed on the site.

Reasonable frame structure, durable and reliable quality, superior heat-insulated properties

  >Use reinforced alumina alloy frame, connect the unit to be firm entity by using high-strength horn device with reasonable central support so that the unit is evenly pressured and assure the unit will not be out of shape under high pressure.

  >The unit surface panel is double embedded panel structure, inner panel is galvanized-steel plate, outer panel is colorful combined steel plate, in-between is sealed by the 30~50mm fluorite-free polyurethane as heat insulating materials, which has low coefficient of heat conductivity and good water-proof and heat insulating effects. Inside the panel, the reinforced structure make the unit more durable and stronger.

  >The heat insulation protect the aluminum alloy panel and frame with the properties of low air leakage and good sealing without the existence of the cold bridge.

  > For the overall structure of the unit, the design is unique, as well as high rigidity,light weight and easy to disassemble.

Guaranteed performance and superior quality

  >The coil (cooler and heater) are designed according to the ASI standard of American air conditioning refrigeration association, adopting imported heat exchanger with copper pipe shrouded with aluminum sheet production line, the pipe coil has high ratio of heat exchanging and low air and water resistance. For the heater, you can choose copper pipe wound by the aluminum sheet (steel sheet) or copper and aluminum multiple pipe.

  >The fan is of double air intake centrifugal fan tailored for the domestic advanced Kf series  central air-conditioner, with the feaures of high efficiency, low noise and wide range of squeeze head.

  >The high efficient motor is installed in the fan parts, which can keep the dust out in the air. So the fan can operate in the clean and low-temperature air.The electricity consumption reduce effectively and the motor life is prolonged.

   The unit can be equiped with steam humidifier, high-pressure spray humidifier, wet film humidifier so as to higher humidification efficiency energy saving.

Operate quietly and shock-proof

  >The fan and motor are installed on the shock absorbing bracket of the spring, the fan and outlet are connected with soft pipe hose. So vibration-generating fan and motor are seperated from the other parts of the unit, which which can eliminate the shock transmission.

  >The fan shaft and impeller coordinate closely, all the impellers are regulated through the dynamic and static balance test with the result of smooth rotation.
