Principle:
When burner controller is started, gas solenoid valve (2) opens, and ignition transformer is connected at the same time. Then, an ignition spark is produced at the orifice of burner. At this moment, electric butterfly valve is ready for ignition, appropriate amount of air flows to burner (5). Air/gas proportional valve is used for proportional regulation of gas outlet pressure by pressure pipe. If the furnace is required to heat up, air butterfly valve (6) will be open continuously, the gas outlet pressure will be improved by the pressure pipe of air/gas proportional valve due to the higher wind pressure. Manual air regulation cock is to regulate the maximum air flow. The burner pipe is used to stabilize the profile of flame and ensure perfect combustion and the mixing of air/gas. The cool blast from ventilation hole applies to balance the flame temperature, so as to prevent heat loss of burner combinations and enable burner (5) in condition of nearly equivalent combustion by staged combustion. In addition, the flame can be protected from cooling effect by flame tube when arid materials pass by.
