1)General Description
Dispersion printing paste is synthetic derivative from many natural seeds. It is derivative of carboxymethyl cellulose from tamarind gum. It gains physical and chemical attribute through advanced technology. This dispersion printing paste is suitable for polyester fibre resist or discharge printing.

Slowly add printing paste into slow-speed stirring water, After all prepared printing paste is added into water, high-speed stirring for about 30 minutes. Let mixture be still in 4 to 6 hours and then stir it at high speed for about 15 minutes. Paste is ready to use after cooling.

Process procedure:
Preparing paste→Printing→100°C Drying→Baking(190°C*4min)→Washing→Soaping→Washing→Drying.
5) Safety Notes
On making paste, if house temperature is too high, add 0.3-0.5% protective agent into mixture.
Product should be stored in shady and ventilated warehouse
Once bag package is open, tightly close it for next usage to keep it away from dust and dampness.
