1. INTRODUCTION
On the basis of mature YMS-50 laser scribing system, YMS-50D solar cell laser scribing system adopts more reliable semiconductor pump source in stead of the original krypton lamp pump source, with high power density, small size, non maintenance and other features.
The system is designed by experts with excellent beam quality, stable power, table and efficient automatic numerical control worktable and automatic cooling unit. Some of the most important parts are made in UK, USA and Germany.
