Individual main axis: main axis in installed individually, thick and solid tank body, vibration,noise and heating is reducted; the rigidity and precision of the main axle is improved with comparison to the lathe with identical lathe.
Separated transmission gear: equipped with three-lever mechanical transmission gear, avoiding the influence on main axle arising from the vibration and heating of mechanical gearbox; equipped with variable frequency non-polar speed regulation to ensure the low machining torque.
Sliding plates lengthened : Sliding apron and the supporting plate can be lengthened to increase the contact surface, making it more stable and endurable and can keep the precision continuously.
