Choke manifold is nessary technical equipment for controlling kicks successfully and controlling pressures of oil and gas wells during well drilling. To use this equipment and implement pressure balance dtilling process may prevent oil layer pollution, increase the speed of drilling and effectively control blowout accident.

Throttling manifold functions:

      1) Well killing is operated through throttle valve, to replace contaminated mud in wells, simultaneously control wellhead casing pressure and riser pressure, so that mud liquid column plays a role in controlling pressure at the bottom to stop overflow.

2)Wellhead pressure is reduced through thtottle valve for''soft closing''.

3)Wellhead casing pressure is reduced through blowout valve to protect well-head blowout.
