1.The motor adopts three-phase alternating current variable frequency speed controler, so the chain belt speed can be regulated by frequency variation which is advantageous for adjusting and controlling casting speed of molten iron.

2. The pig mold adopts special alloy cast steel, and the average production rate of each pig mold can reach 150-200 tons

3.There is ball bearing equipped inside the supporting roller to reduce the running resistance of chain belt; dust cover is also equipped to prevent dust going into the bearing, which ensures normal operation of the roller.

4. The material of the link plate is cast steel and there is abrasion proof casting equipped inside. The chain belt driving shafts adopts fix control so it will not come off easily; the abrasion proof casting and driving shaft can be replaced after abrasion.This extends the working life of link plate.

5. Drive and driven wheel bearing adopts double row self aligning spherical roller bearing (self regulating type), and it is good for installation and adjustment. The driven wheel adopts non gear tooth structure which can avoid chain belt comes off from driven wheel.

6.Buffering type splashing proof molten iron launder is adopted for casting. Therefore spatter loss and overflow loss of molten iron during casting process is very less.So the recovery factor is very high and quality of the pig iron is also very good.

7.The cooling system adopts back spraying, the water doesn't spray on the shelling iron slab and the cooling range is bigger,therefore iron slab cools faster and production rate become higher.

8.There is an iron removing device to clear the unfallen iron slab and it doesn't cause any damage to the pig mold any gurantee the normal operation of PCM.
