Application:
The machine is widely used to weld large size PVC-P, ECB, EPDM, CSPE and TPO materials, such as roofing material, container tents, PVC tarpaulin, PVC water bed, swimming pool, plastic membrane material, inflatables jointing and mending etc, as well as truck water-proof tents joint welding.

Technical Feature:

Operation Procedure:
1. Stretch the tarpaulin and make it smooth, butt joint the 2 parts of tarpaulin needing welding (seaming width 2-5mm) and fix them onto the flat ground by adhesive tape or glue.
2. Open power, set welding temperature and welding speed (according to tarpaulin thickness and operator’s proficiency), warm-up the machine.
3. When temperature reaches the set-value, move the 2 wheels edge (two points, one line) to the welding-joint. Take the hot air gun switch with right hand, put the gun mouth enter the welding-joint and start welding automatically.
4. Observe the machine during welding, control the handle slightly to make sure the machine weld along straight line.
5. If the tarpaulin is burnt, please speed up the machine.
6. After finishing welding, take out the gun mouth and put it at proper position, switch off the heating button and the machine will stop working automatically, no need shut down the power.
7. It is forbidden to use the machine when it rains. The ground must be dry and flat.
8. The machine must be operated by specially-assigned person, don’t disassemble it without authorization.
