Vacuum casting machine unit

Frame :length (L) = 1200mm, width, (W) = 1200mm height (H)=2000mm, material is A3δ3mm steel welding forming.

Mixing extruding gating system consisted by mixing extruding shaft ,the shaft sleeve and main reductor motor .

      mixing extruding shaft made from special alloy through extrusion processing and thermal refining processing.

      The processing of the shaft sleeve  is tempering and ammoniation processing. 

      Both of mixing extruding shaft and the shaft sleeve are non – standard parts.

      main reductor motor :power 4KW, inverter speed and the speed is V = 0-1200 r/min,

The vacuum system consisted of vacuum pump and air tube .  vacuum is 0 – minus 0.1. Solidification system consisted by curing agent pump, motor, pressure gauge, the PFA hose, air pipe and valves.

      The curing agent pump is a high-precision stainless steel curing agent pump (strong corrosive resistant, displacement 2.4 CC/rev, flow 60-100 /min).

      The motor is a frequency regulating made in china

Cleaning system consisted by cleaning tank (non-standard products), the PFA hose, air pipe and valves. Control system consisted by frequency converter (frequency conversion power of main motor is 5KW, power of curing agent pump motor is 1.5 KW), transformer of power supply, touch switch, button, electric cabinet a sudden stop button and an alarm prompt lamp also be equipped.
